What is coaching? 

A health and wellness coaching relationship is a partnership between client and coach that is designed for the exploration, creation and development of personal, professional, health, wellness and/or life goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.   The hope of coaching is for the client to reach their highest level of motivation, engagement, performance, persistence and creativity (Deci & Ryan, 1985) that meshes into their current season of life. 


Said more simply, you as the client get to choose what goals, habits, and choices feel the most important to you and your pursuit of wellness...and as the coach, I'll help you figure out how you want to go about making those a reality!
